Magnesium Duo

Magnesium Duo is a complete day-to-evening magnesium system: two complementary formulas, each with five carefully selected magnesium forms — designed for different moments of your day.

Magnesium AM combines magnesium bisglycinate, citrate, L-ascorbate, malate and succinate to support normal energy-yielding metabolism and help reduce tiredness and fatigue during the day.

Magnesium PM combines magnesium bisglycinate, taurate, citrate, lactate and gluconate to support normal nervous system function, muscle function and psychological function in the evening.

Together, the two formulas provide 8 distinct magnesium forms and vitamin B6, with no magnesium oxide. One capsule of Magnesium AM in the morning and one capsule of Magnesium PM in the evening provide 250 mg of elemental magnesium per day. 120 vegan capsules last 60 days.

By combining complementary magnesium compounds rather than relying on magnesium oxide, each formula is designed with absorption and everyday tolerability in mind.
