EscapeMed 30D — four products at sunset by the sea

Inner
rhythms

EscapeMed is, to our knowledge, the world's first supplement brand to translate chronobiology — the science of the body's internal clocks — into a practical, time-aligned system of four formulations covering 24 hours.

This page is an educational overview of chronobiology, biological rhythms and the EscapeMed philosophy. It explains why it matters not only what we take, but also when — and how this principle shapes every element of the EscapeMed 30D system.

Scientific basis: Escape Protocol Research — an independent research initiative in the field of chronobiology and dietary supplements. All documents are publicly accessible and free of charge.

Introduction: Why EscapeMed is a different approach — Longevity for everyone

Our body has an internal clock. When it is aligned, you have more energy, sleep better and recover faster. When the rhythms break down, fatigue, poor sleep, accelerated ageing and hormonal imbalance set in.

"The body is an orchestra. When it plays together, the result is harmony. When it desynchronises, the result is noise."

In the brain we have a master clock (the conductor), and in the organs we have peripheral clocks (the musicians): liver, skin, gut, heart, muscles… When they play together, the result is harmony: more energy, better well-being, healthier skin, more stable mood. When they desynchronise, the result is noise: fatigue, cravings, sleep disturbances, hormonal disturbances, accelerated skin ageing.

EscapeMed supports natural rhythms with targeted formulations and protocols at the right time of day — with fewer products and more meaning. EscapeMed is more than supplements: it is a philosophy of synchronising the body's rhythms — from day-and-night cycles, monthly hormonal rhythms and regenerative cycles of skin and cells, all the way to the long-term "longevity clock" (the biological clock of ageing).

We are grounded in chronobiology — the science of the body's internal clocks — and we design every formulation to respect the time-dynamics of physiology.

Types of supplements on the market and the EscapeMed position

If we look at the market, supplements can be divided into three groups:

  1. Generic — vitamins, minerals, collagens…
  2. Focused — products targeting one problem: sleep, joints, immunity, digestion…
  3. Scientific — formulations referencing research and novel active compounds (NMN, spermidine…)

EscapeMed opens a fourth category: products designed as support for the body's natural rhythms, supporting natural Zeitgebers and acting as supportive catalysts.

Our philosophy is grounded in chronobiology. It is not just about what we take, but also when. Timing becomes equal in importance to the effect itself. That is why our supplements are not random capsules but coordinated signals that help the body return to harmony.

EscapeMed is the first brand to translate this vision into a practical system — Escape Protocol · Escape Body Clock Method™. A philosophy where when is as important as what.

What are Body Clocks (internal clocks)

Every day our body follows an internal clock — the body clock — which coordinates processes of rest, regeneration and activity. This natural rhythm is as old as humanity itself and determines when we sleep, when our energy peaks and when regenerative processes are triggered. It is important to understand that we do not have only one clock in the body.

The master clock is located in the brain, in the suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN) of the hypothalamus. It functions as the conductor and is set by daylight, aligning day with night.

Alongside it there are peripheral clocks, present in practically all organs and tissues — in the liver, heart, digestive tract, skin, muscles and even in every single cell.

How does the internal clock work in practice?

  • In the evening (around 22:00) the body switches into a wind-down phase. Substances are naturally released that signal it is time for rest and regeneration.
  • At night (22:00–06:00) the key processes of renewal and rebalancing take place. Darkness, quiet and a lower temperature allow the body to operate most efficiently.
  • In the morning (06:00–08:00) the internal clock switches into activation mode. Fibroblast activity — the cells that produce collagen and maintain the firmness of skin and connective tissue — naturally increases.

EscapeMed builds its products on this very scientific foundation: to re-align the body with its natural rhythms. Timing alignment is the foundation; the products support these natural processes.

Chronobiology — the science of internal rhythms

Chronobiology is the discipline that studies how our body operates in rhythms. It addresses the natural cycles that influence everything — from hormones, digestion and the immune system, to cellular renewal and tissue growth. These processes are not random; they are time-coordinated: every organ, every cell and even our mitochondria have their own internal schedule.

The functioning of these rhythms is influenced by external signals called Zeitgebers. The strongest are light and dark, followed by meal timing, movement, temperature and social rhythm.

This is precisely why EscapeMed is grounded in chronobiology — because it matters not only what, but also when. The Escape Protocol supports this natural rhythm with a time-aligned circle of four supplements.

Main biological rhythms

Our body operates in various temporal cycles that complement one another.

  • Circadian rhythm (24-hour cycle): Our internal day-and-night clock. It coordinates wakefulness, hormone secretion, body temperature, appetite and energy.
  • Ultradian rhythms (shorter than 24h): The best known are the 90-minute sleep cycles (alternating NREM and REM phases) and cycles of attention and concentration during the day.
  • Infradian rhythms (longer than 24h): The most common is the menstrual cycle in women, which influences hormonal balance, energy and sleep quality. Infradian rhythms are also recognisable in seasonal changes.
  • Lunar and annual rhythms: The body responds to long cycles linked to the moon and the seasons. Differences in day length and light have shaped our internal rhythm since time immemorial.

When cycles are aligned, we feel energetic and balanced. When they break down, the body quickly shows signs of imbalance.

06

The daily rhythm (circadian rhythm)

The circadian rhythm is a 24-hour cycle that coordinates day and night. It determines when we feel awake and full of energy, when sleepiness naturally takes over and when it is time for regeneration.

Two key hormonal signals

  • Cortisol — produced in the adrenal gland. It peaks in the early morning (the so-called cortisol awakening response) and tells the body it is time to wake up, activate and spend energy. It gradually declines throughout the day.
  • Melatonin — produced in the pineal gland under the influence of darkness. Its secretion rises as it grows dark and peaks during the night. It contributes to evening calming and the switch into night-time mode.

When the circadian rhythm is aligned, the body operates in harmony. When we disrupt it — through night work, blue light in the evening or irregular sleep — the body loses its natural flow.

Internal clocks as the body's orchestra

Our body is led by a complex network of internal clocks. The autonomic nervous system and hormonal signals play key roles in coordination.

The autonomic nervous system acts as an operational interface: during the day the sympathetic branch dominates, driving activity and wakefulness, while at night the parasympathetic branch takes over, enabling relaxation and activating regenerative processes.

When the cortisol and melatonin rhythms are aligned, the body smoothly switches between activation and renewal. If desynchronisation occurs, the internal clocks lose coherence. The result is the sensation of being simultaneously "tired and overstimulated" (wired but tired).

The EscapeMed approach is based on this: by delivering the right signals at the right time, we help the body re-establish this fine mechanism — so that the internal clocks once again play as an orchestra in harmony.

Organs and systems — each with its own clock

Internal clocks are not confined to the brain — they are present in almost all organs and tissues.

  • Liver: at night it activates metabolic pathways, during the day it processes nutrients after meals.
  • Cardiovascular system: in the morning the activity of the sympathetic nervous system rises, influencing blood pressure and heart rate.
  • Skin: at night it activates renewal processes, including collagen synthesis. Fibroblast activity peaks in the morning hours. During the day the skin functions as a protective barrier.
  • Digestive tract: most efficient during the day, at night it switches into a phase of rest and renewal.

When these rhythms are aligned, organs function optimally. That is why EscapeMed does not build on a multitude of products but on a limited number of carefully placed signals that together form a complete day-and-night circle.

Longevity clock — the clock of ageing

Beyond daily rhythms, our body also has biological clocks of ageing. These clocks measure how quickly our organs and tissues are ageing — and they are not all moving at the same speed. The liver, heart, brain, skin and muscles may have different "biological ages" that do not necessarily match calendar age.

In recent years, scientists have developed so-called epigenetic clocks — methods that measure biological age through the analysis of chemical marks (methylations) on DNA.

EscapeMed combines support for short-term rhythms (circadian, hormonal and cellular cycles) with an influence on the long-term rhythms of ageing. Our aim is not only to support daily energy and regeneration, but to contribute to the long-term preservation of vitality.

Female and male hormonal cycles

The female hormonal cycle lasts on average 28 days. In the first half, oestrogen prevails, promoting growth, energy and good mood. In the second half, progesterone takes over, preparing the body for calm and regeneration. Hence women experience changes in energy, sleep quality and skin structure across different phases of the cycle.

The male hormonal cycle is shorter — it is expressed mainly through the daily testosterone rhythm. The level is highest in the morning hours, supporting strength, concentration and physical readiness. It gradually declines through the day.

EscapeMed integrates exactly this dimension into its formulations — so that supplements align not only with the daily rhythm, but also with the body's monthly and hormonal rhythm.

11

Skin, hair, nails and cellular cycles

Our body is in constant renewal, yet every tissue has its own schedule.

  • Skin: the epidermis fully renews on average every 28–30 days — the "monthly skin cycle".
  • Collagen and connective tissues: renewal is slower — from 2–3 months up to several years, since collagen structures are deeper and more stable.
  • Intestinal cells: renew most rapidly — their lifespan is only 3–5 days.
  • Red blood cells: circulate in the body for ~120 days.
  • Bone cells: complete renewal of bone tissue takes 7–10 years.
  • Nails: grow 2–3 mm per month on the hands, slightly slower on the feet.
  • Hair: grows ~1–1.5 cm per month. The growth cycle (anagen phase) lasts 2–6 years.
  • Eyelashes and eyebrows: grow ~0.1–0.15 mm per day; the anagen phase lasts only 1–2 months.

The EscapeMed approach respects these natural rhythms and supports them where renewal matters most — in the skin, hair, nails and collagen scaffolding.

Chronotypes — morning, evening, intermediate

A chronotype describes when an individual has the most energy and when they naturally feel most active.

  • Morning type: wake up naturally early, have most energy in the morning and tire quickly in the evening.
  • Evening type: active and creative in the late evening hours, have more difficulty adjusting to early rising.
  • Intermediate type: most people belong to this group — they have stable energy throughout the day and can adapt to varied schedules.

When an individual lives in accordance with their chronotype, the body functions more coherently. If social schedules force them in the opposite direction, a mismatch arises that burdens hormones and regeneration.

↩ back to table of contents
13

Social jetlag — the epidemic of modern times

Social jetlag is a term scientists use to describe the gap between our biological clock (natural chronotype) and the social clock dictated by obligations and environment.

Example: someone is an evening type and would naturally wake at 8 am. Because they must get up at 6 am, they are chronically sleep-deprived during the week. On weekends, they try to catch up by sleeping until 10 am. The body thus shifts between two time regimes — creating a sensation similar to travelling across several time zones.

In social jetlag, the night-time melatonin peak and the morning cortisol peak are often phase-shifted, which disrupts the balance of the autonomic nervous system. The consequences are poorer sleep quality, energy fluctuations and slower regeneration.

The EscapeMed approach helps mitigate the impact of social jetlag by offering the body clear signals at the right time — through carefully designed supplements that support the internal rhythms.

14

Zeitgebers — the body's time signals

Every day, our body orients itself by external signals that help internal clocks stay aligned. In chronobiology, these signals are called Zeitgebers — from German: zeit = time, geber = giver.

  • Light and dark: the principal regulator of the circadian rhythm. Morning light activates wakefulness, while darkness triggers melatonin secretion.
  • Food: meal timing is a strong signal for the digestive tract, liver and metabolism.
  • Movement: physical activity is an important zeitgeber for muscles and metabolism.
  • Temperature: signals when it is time for activity and when for rest.
  • Social rhythm: work and social schedules align the internal clock with the environment.

EscapeMed supplements are designed as support for these natural signals. They do not replace light, food or movement, but complement them as supportive elements.

15

Catalysts and lifestyle as synchronisers

A catalyst is a substance or factor that accelerates a natural process without creating it. Without the catalyst, the process would proceed more slowly — with the catalyst, it is triggered faster and at the right time.

Our body already has all the processes it needs built in. Supplements do not create anything new — but they can act as supportive catalysts that help these processes run more efficiently and at the right moment.

At the same time, the main mechanism of synchronisation is our lifestyle. Quality sleep, regular movement, balanced nutrition and proper light exposure are the strongest natural synchronisers of the internal clocks.

EscapeMed combines both: lifestyle as the foundation, and supplements as supportive catalysts that complete the natural signals.

Signs that you are out of rhythm

When rhythms are stable, we feel rested, full of energy, the skin is radiant, the hair strong, the mood balanced. When circadian desynchronisation occurs, the body quickly shows it.

The most common signs:

  • You sleep long enough, yet still wake up tired — the night-time switch into deeper sleep phases is not optimal.
  • You experience a marked "energy crash" in the afternoon — a blunted morning cortisol peak and an elevated evening cortisol coupled with low evening melatonin.
  • The skin loses its glow and renews more poorly.
  • Hair falls out or becomes thinner.
  • Hormonal fluctuations and unpredictable mood swings appear.

These are not merely cosmetic or momentary symptoms — they are signals of detuned internal clocks. The EscapeMed approach is built precisely on this: to help the body re-establish balance between the internal clocks, hormonal signals, the autonomic nervous system and metabolism.

EscapeMed philosophy and approach

The EscapeMed philosophy is simple: fewer products, more meaning. We do not believe in dozens of capsules without logic, but in carefully chosen signals that align with the body's natural rhythms.

Each product is a signal

  • Magnesium AM — the morning signal for activation and the start of the day
  • Skin Renewal Complex — mid-morning support for fibroblasts and collagen formation, at the time when the skin is naturally most ready for renewal
  • Magnesium PM — the transition signal from daytime activity into evening calming
  • Super Sleep — the evening signal that supports relaxation and creates the conditions for quality night-time rest
  • Silk Sleep Mask — darkness as a natural Zeitgeber; promotes natural melatonin secretion while mechanically protecting skin and hair during sleep

Why these particular products?

Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body — representing ~30% of all proteins. The skin is our largest organ, directly reflecting internal balance and regeneration. That is why we designed the first EscapeMed products around sleep and skin — the two most universal processes where the internal rhythm is most clearly expressed.

Why magnesium?

Magnesium plays a special role: it does not act as a classic "supplement" but as a fundamental biological signal. It is involved in regulating the nervous system, muscle activity and the transition between wakefulness and rest. In the EscapeMed philosophy, magnesium is not a single product but a time-aligned signal: the morning version supports activation, the evening version supports calming and regeneration.

Note on Super Sleep

What Super Sleep IS: a supplement for the evening ritual, designed as a gentle supportive signal within chronobiology and a supportive catalyst for the natural processes of evening calming. Part of the Escape Protocol approach, where when matters, not only what.

What Super Sleep IS NOT: not a sleeping pill, not a medicine. Not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. Does not replace a medical consultation or sleep hygiene.

Our slogan: Fewer products, more meaning

At EscapeMed we believe that health and vitality do not require 50 different capsules a day. We need only a few key products — at the right time.

  • More effect — because the body receives support when it most needs it
  • Less stress — because supplements are not a burden but part of a natural rhythm
  • More alignment with rhythms — because every product slots into the body's biological clock

"EscapeMed does not force the body into artificial sleep — it supports natural rhythms and allows the body to recover in a way it already knows."

EscapeMed as an urban substitute for natural signals

In the so-called Blue Zones, people live long lives because each day they are aligned with natural signals — light, movement, food and the rhythm of the day. We, on the other hand, live in an environment of artificial light, stress and irregular schedules, where the body loses its sense of natural rhythm.

EscapeMed is created as an urban substitute for these signals. Each product is designed as support for natural Zeitgebers and as a supportive catalyst for bodily processes at the right time.

Our approach respects natural hormonal rhythms — the morning cortisol rise, the evening melatonin release and other hormonal signals that determine when the body is in an active phase and when in a renewal phase.

Every element is part of a broader philosophy — Escape Body Clock Method™ — that unites natural rhythms, science and everyday practice.

Conclusion and the essence of EscapeMed

A longevity lifestyle is not reserved for the few. With a handful of thoughtfully chosen products and the right life rhythm, it is accessible to anyone at home.

EscapeMed is something new, different and perhaps at first glance harder to grasp — because it is a fundamentally different concept. Yet if we look through the lens of nature, it becomes clear: the body always operates in rhythms. When we support those rhythms with the right signals, harmony follows.

  • Fewer products, more meaning
  • Each product is a signal that engages with the body at the right time
  • It is not just about capsules, but a complete system that returns the body to its natural rhythm

"EscapeMed = your compass back to natural rhythm."

Summary

Eight key answers
for understanding EscapeMed

1

What is the problem?

Modern life distances us from natural rhythms. Artificial light, stress, irregular meals and night work disrupt the body's internal clocks. The result is a sense of imbalance: fatigue despite sleep, an afternoon energy crash, hormonal fluctuations and skin without radiance.

2

How does the body work?

Our body is led by an internal clock — the circadian rhythm. Two key hormones: cortisol (peaks in the morning, drives wakefulness) and melatonin (rises in the evening, signals rest). When the processes are aligned, the body functions as an orchestra in harmony.

3

What does EscapeMed offer?

EscapeMed is a system of signals, not a collection of capsules. Our products are designed to support natural Zeitgebers and act as supportive catalysts that help the body recognise the right moment for relaxation, rest or renewal.

4

Why start with the evening and the skin?

Because sleep is the natural foundation of regeneration, and the skin is our largest organ. Collagen is the main structural protein in the body — together these elements form the clearest starting point for re-establishing balance of the body's rhythms.

5

What Super Sleep is — and what it is not?

Super Sleep IS: a supplement, an evening ritual and a calming signal, part of the Escape Protocol approach.

Super Sleep IS NOT: a medicine, a sleeping pill, not intended to treat insomnia or disease, does not replace a healthy lifestyle.

6

How to start?

First, a well-ordered lifestyle is the foundation. EscapeMed products are designed as support for those foundations:

  • Magnesium AM — morning signal for activation
  • Skin Renewal Complex — morning support for skin and collagen renewal
  • Magnesium PM — transition from activity to evening calming
  • Super Sleep — evening signal of calm
7

What do you gain?

  • Structure for the day: evening, night and morning each have their own signal
  • Fewer capsules, more meaning: each product has a precise role
  • Support for rhythms: products engage with the body's natural processes
  • A philosophy, not just products: EscapeMed = a system, not a collection of capsules
8

Why do we need this?

Because in an urban environment the body loses contact with natural signals. EscapeMed is a practical way to bring them back: evening for calming, night for rest, morning for renewal. The body always operates in rhythms. When we support them with the right signals, harmony follows — from energy and well-being to skin and appearance.

4 products. One rhythm. Every day, anew.

EscapeMed 30D

A system that understands time

That is why we designed EscapeMed differently. Not as a collection of individual products, but as a system of signals across the whole day.

Over time, I came to see that most people do not need ever-new stimulations, but rather more clarity, less chaos and a more stable internal rhythm. The body continuously receives information — light, food, stress, movement, evening, darkness, sleep. The modern person's problem is not only a lack of certain substances, but the loss of orientation.

"The modern person's problem is not only a lack of certain substances, but the loss of orientation."

From this reflection, EscapeMed 30D emerged — a simple system grounded in the idea that each part of the day has its own biological logic.

Morning is not the same as evening

The signal for activation is not the same as the signal for regeneration. The body receives support differently at different parts of the day — and that is the very starting point on which we built each of the four elements of the system.

☀ Morning
07:00

Magnesium AM

Designed as morning support for the daily rhythm — energy, nervous-system function and the transition into the active part of the day.

🌤 Mid-morning
8–11h

Skin Renewal Complex

Aimed at supporting structure, renewal and the processes the body needs over the long term — not instantly.

🌅 Evening
18:00

Magnesium PM

Represents the evening transition. Not as a "shutdown", but as a signal to the body that the daily phase is slowly drawing to a close.

🌙 Night
21:00

Super Sleep

Not intended as sedation, but as support for the architecture of nightly rest and regeneration.

A circle that repeats

All these elements together form a day-and-night circle: morning, day, evening, night.

Not perfection. Not optimisation of every minute. But more alignment between the body and the way of life.

This is also the essence of EscapeMed 30D: less overload, fewer random decisions and more sense that the body is once again receiving a clearer orientation through the day.

When is just as important as what.
Rhythm is the foundation. Everything else follows.
