There was a period when I was taking care of everyone — except myself. Two children, a business, a divorce, a relentless pace. Too little sleep, too much stress and a body quietly sending signals I'd been ignoring for far too long. Everything had become normal, because it had gone on for too long.
I'm Silvia Samarin, founder and creator of EscapeMed, building my work on an understanding of biology, rhythm and how the body actually functions. But before I could create systems for others, I first had to understand myself.
My path didn't begin in a laboratory or in books. It began the moment I first honestly admitted to myself that I could no longer live this way.
At one point I was taking more than 50 supplements a day. Every morning I'd line up a pile of capsules — omega-3, magnesium, CoQ10, adaptogens, collagen, vitamins, amino acids… I knew why I was taking nearly every one. What I no longer knew was whether they actually worked together — or whether they just gave me the feeling I was doing "something for my health".
One morning, looking at all those capsules in front of me, a simple question came up: What if I simplified all of this?
That's how EscapeMed was born — not as yet another supplement brand, but as an attempt at simplification. A system designed around the rhythm of the day and the body's basic biological needs. Four formulations for four different phases of the day. Each at its own time and with a clear reason.
I never wanted to add more noise. I wanted to create something simpler, more meaningful and sustainable over the long term.
We don't offer everything. We offer what years of reading, research, working with people and personal experience have shown to be essential.
