The General Terms and Conditions of the ESCAPEMED online shop are drawn up in accordance with the applicable Slovenian legislation, including:

These General Terms and Conditions of Business determine the operation of the ESCAPEMED online shop, the rights and obligations of users and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer.

The online shop ESCAPEMED (hereinafter referred to as "ESCAPEMED" or "online shop") is operated by EscapeMed d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as "the company" or "the provider").

The contents of the ESCAPEMED website, including product images, graphic elements and videos, are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or used without the prior written consent of the company.

The General Terms and Conditions of Business define the operation of the ESCAPEMED online shop, the rights and obligations of the users and the business relationship between the provider and the user as a purchaser of products from the online shop.

Accessibility of information

ESCAPEMED undertakes to provide the following information to users at all times:
- Information on the identity of the provider (name, registered office, registration number, etc.).
- Contact details for fast and efficient communication.
- Information on the essential characteristics of the products.
- Information on the products. Information on the availability of the products.

Delivery:
Delivery is made via GLS or another delivery service of your choice. The delivery time for products in stock is usually 2-10 working days from receipt of payment. The delivery charge depends on the delivery service provider and is indicated at the time of purchase.

Invoicing

EscapeMed d.o.o. will issue an invoice to the customer upon delivery of the ordered products, which will be attached to the delivered goods.

The invoice shall contain:
- The itemised price of the products and all costs related to the purchase (including VAT).
- Notice of the right of withdrawal.

Important: It is the Buyer's responsibility to check the accuracy of the information before placing an order. We will not accept any subsequent complaints regarding the correctness of the invoices.

Concluding a distance contract

Contracts are concluded in the Slovene language. They are stored electronically at the company's registered office. Customers may request a copy of the contract (invoice) in PDF format by sending an e-mail to info@escapemed.eu.

Customers may cancel the order without any further obligation until they receive an electronic notification of the execution of the order.

Online purchase process

Steps of the purchase process in the ESCAPEMED online shop:

1️-Add products to your basket - Select the product and click "ADD TO CART".
2️-Enter payment and delivery details - Select the delivery and payment method.
3️-View and confirm your order - Before placing your order, check all details again and click "Complete purchase".
4️-Confirm your order - You will receive an email confirmation of your successful purchase.

Before confirming the order, the customer can correct all the details and change the products in the shopping cart.

Prices and validity of the offer

All prices are expressed in EUR and include VAT. Prices are valid at the time the order is placed. The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and have no predetermined validity. Prices are valid exclusively for payments made by the payment methods and under the conditions indicated.

Special offers and promotions are valid until the date indicated or while stocks last.

Return of goods and right of withdrawal

The Buyer shall have the right to notify the Company within 14 days of receipt of the goods that he/she withdraws from the Contract without having to give a reason. The only cost to be borne by the Buyer shall be the cost of returning the goods. For this purpose, the buyer may optionally use the form

The goods must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging and unchanged in quantity.

The buyer has no right of withdrawal from the contract at:

• Products that are perishable or expire quickly.

• Sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if the Buyer has opened the packaging after delivery.

CREATIVE MISTAKE

A consumer who has duly notified the Seller of a material defect has the right to claim:
- Rectification of the defect or a proportionate reduction of the purchase price.
- Replacement of the product with a new, faultless product.

📌 When is it a material defect?

• The product does not have the characteristics necessary for its normal use or circulation.

• The product does not have the characteristics necessary for the specific use expected by the buyer and known to the seller.

• The product does not have the characteristics that were expressly agreed or prescribed.

• The product does not correspond to a sample or model, unless the sample was for information purposes only.

📩 Procedure for claiming a material defect

Use of emails:

• We may add an explicit note that by confirming the order, the customer agrees to receive electronic invoices, order and delivery notifications. This is standard practice and ensures compliance with legislation.

Mandatory labelling with regard to the sale of food supplements:

• Slovenia has very strict regulations on dietary supplements, so it would make sense to add:

  • "Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle".

  • "The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded."

  • "Keep out of the reach of children."

• If the products contain allergens, warnings shall be given.

Right to modify the general terms and conditions:

• Add a clause that ESCAPEMED reserves the right to change the General Terms and Conditions and that users are obliged to keep the website updated.

Complaints and dispute resolution

ESCAPEMED complies with the applicable consumer protection legislation and strives to resolve complaints promptly and efficiently.

The Provider will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 5 working days and inform the Customer of the resolution process. All complaints are treated confidentially and we aim to reach an amicable solution.

ESCAPEMED does not recognise any out-of-court dispute resolution provider.
